Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring MIG (TIG Welding is a Plus) Welders.
Perks & Benefits:
  • $16 / Hour
  • Monday-Thursday | 6am-4:30pm (Overtime as needed, including Fridays)
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to hot/cold temperatures and concrete floors - -
Job Duties for MIG Welders:
  • Perform typical MIG weld operations including: set up welding equipment, weld according to blueprints, clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding and inspect final products for quality standards
  • Detect and report defective or questionable materials to the supervisor
  • Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment
  • Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Follow safety rules
  • Other duties as needed
Job Requirements for MIG Welders:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MIG (TIG welding is a plus) welding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist, kneel and reach
