Duties for Shipping Specialist Position:
  • Prepare and issue accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipment documentation
  • Manage and process large drop ship lists to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment
  • Utilize MS Excel for shipment tracking, data entry, and report generation
  • Create and format shipping labels and correspondence using MS Word
  • Coordinate parcel shipments through FedEx and UPS systems to ensure timely delivery
  • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements and Desired Skills for this Shipping Specialist position:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and processing large drop ship lists
  • Data entry and MS Office experience
  • Ability to sit for duration of shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
