  • Execute timely follow-up to maintain momentum and prevent pipeline stagnation
  • Identify opportunities to move volunteers and event participants into donor relationships

Investor Relations Support

  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and follow-up tied to donor meetings, tours, and touches
  • Support stewardship efforts by ensuring timely thank-you communication and ongoing engagement
  • Help track and support activity toward monthly, mid-level, and major donor goals

Event Execution (Revenue & Engagement Driver)

  • Support the Event Specialist in executing events that drive both revenue and pipeline growth
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, sponsorship tracking, and communications
  • Assist in managing event platforms for registrations, sponsorships, and donations
  • Ensure post-event follow-up is completed and documented to move attendees into the pipeline
  • Track and report on event outcomes tied to participation, engagement, and revenue

Volunteer Pipeline Ownership

  • Build and manage the volunteer pipeline as a key entry point into deeper engagement
  • Serve as primary contact for volunteer individuals, groups, and corporate partners
  • Create clear next steps for volunteers to stay engaged (repeat service, events, giving opportunities)
  • Track volunteer engagement, retention, and conversion into donors or advocates
  • Support in-kind donations and corporate partnerships connected to volunteerism

Systems Ownership & Reporting

  • Serve as the Development team’s expert in Monday.com and Bloomerang
  • Ensure all activities, touches, and relationships are documented consistently and accurately
