Update and organize IP address database, rack diagram and procedural documentation. Support the IT team in resolving basic technical issues and helpdesk tickets. Update fiber optic termination information on file. Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software assets. Help ensure IT security protocols are followed during installations and troubleshooting. Provide on-site and remote support to users as needed. Assist in documenting IT procedures and workflows. Other duties as assigned by the Cybersecurity Manager or his designee. Education and/or Experience:Enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting preferred. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Basic knowledge of networking concepts is a plus Page Break Working Conditions: Office environment.
