About the Position

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects exceeding $100 million in value. This role is critical to the organization’s continued growth and will involve managing high-profile projects, mentoring project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring excellence in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects valued at $100M

  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
