- Execute precise cardiac testing by expertly placing electrodes and operating EKG equipment to capture the high-quality readings essential for diagnosing heart conditions.
- Empower patients through the testing process by reviewing their medical history and providing clear education, ensuring they are prepared and comfortable during the procedure.
- Monitor patient well-being in real-time, acting as a critical observer who recognizes and reports abnormal cardiac findings immediately to the nursing and medical teams.
- Deliver accurate diagnostic data by identifying and correcting image interference and technical artifacts, ensuring the attending physician receives clear, reliable results for interpretation.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
