Location: Nashville, TN
Experience: 5 Years

A highly respected law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial real estate work and wants to be part of a collaborative firm with strong deal flow and a balanced billable structure.

Position Overview

The firm is looking for a 5 year associate with broad experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on complex matters and collaborating with partners and clients on a variety of commercial real estate and lending transactions.

This position offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and the ability to work closely with experienced attorneys on high-quality matters.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance law

  • Experience handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions and lending matters

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients

  • Preference for candidates trained in BigLaw or a comparable boutique firm specializing in commercial real estate or finance

Work Environment
  • Primarily in-office with some flexibility (typically one work-from-home day per week)

  • Collaborative team environment with strong partner access and mentorship

  • Attorneys are encouraged to take ownership of their work and grow their practice
