The restaurant server works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director. The primary responsibilities include serving guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptional service to your guests.
Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the venue
Clear and reset tables
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy
Basic knowledge beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette
Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
Assist with clearing and setting tables
Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area
All other tasks and duties as assigned
Weekly event promotion for Dream/DLS
At least one year of experience in similar role
Hotel experience preferred
