Manufacturing Process Improvement
\n Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and
\nimprove product quality.
\n Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
\n Develop and maintain process documentation including process flows, work instructions, and
\nstandard operating procedures.
\nTooling, Fixtures, and Equipment
\n Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and other manufacturing aids to improve safety,
\nefficiency, and repeatability.
\n Identify opportunities for automation and equipment improvements.
\n Support equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvements in partnership with maintenance
\nand production teams.
\nPlant Layout and Manufacturing Flow
\n Develop plant layouts and manufacturing cell designs to optimize workflow, ergonomics, and
\nmaterial movement.
\n Support facility improvements, line balancing, and production capacity improvements.
\n Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement
\nopportunities.
